Nature of Business : Automobile Parts & Industrial Machineries

Taiyo Subic Philippines Corporation (TSPC), a subsidiary of Japanese integrated special steel trading firm Taiyo Shoji Co., Ltd., has leased a 6,200-square meter facility at the Subic Techno Park (STP) here for the construction of its own factory within the year of 2019. Strategically located in Subic Bay Freeport Zone, TSPC will engage in the business of importation and exportation of special steel materials and manufacturing of parts for use in the automobile industry, industrial machineries/robots, plant machineries, and information technology.

Our client’s problem

  • Stringent control measures for the whole integrated system (Racking System, Stacker Crane System, Conveyor System and Management & Controlling System) need to be considered in a 1st place

  • Accurate dimensions of each individual and assemble parts are mandatory to ensure the system is running as built.

Our proposed storage solution

Several physical meetings had been conducted with associate system provider to ensure final structure meets the specification requirements. Execution specification was designed and submitted for initial approval, followed by Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) before mass production.
